Krishna Home has been a sanctuary for destitute and abandoned Old aged persons situated at Thiruvellarai village of Manachanallur taluk in Trichy district, Tamilnadu. Krishnas Home is a service organization that started in the year 1982 by a group of ruralites hailing from the downtrodden villages. It is a non-profitable services organization for the promotion of economically, socially, backward women and men without any distinction of caste, creed, or religion.

The Trust is a Public Charitable Trust for serving the general Public by promoting education, medical relief, granting protection and relief to the poor and for furtherance and promotion of Any or all forms of charitable objects, provide them free food, accommodation, clothes, medicines and other articles of necessity. 

Krishnas Home, Old Age Home was started with the motto of “Service to the Poor is Service to the God" based on these words this trust started its service to the poor.
